i usualy dont do much modern tv, but the show about inspecting the infrastructure happened to be on when i came in, the man asked a question that got me thinking, in view of all the farmland being flooded which will surely affect the price of the food the farmers would have grown on those ruined fields,as well as his financial position, fact, the east and midwest has way too much water each year, the west typicaly has none, our last rain here was last october, if we can build a pipeline from prudehoe bay to the southern tip of alaska,and build piplines from the texas refineries to who knows where they go, why cant we build 1or 2 to carry flood water from the east to the west, to a resivor or 2? we could solve 2 problems with that pipeline it wouldnt be carrying toxic chemicals
