I recently acquired a 54 Super WD9 that won't start on gas. It starts acceptably on diesel - assuming you have a little ether and it's above 30 deg.F. The plugs are firing and there is fuel in the carb (the float is releasing) but it doesn't seem like there's any fuel getting into the motor. I don't have a manual on this beast and have no working experience with the vintage IH diesels. I understand the manifold valves could be out of position but again, without a manual, or someone to answer questions, I'm a little lost. If anyone can provide advice and or phone assitance, I would sincerely appreciate it. Sincerely, Clark Weaver
