OT- whats your opinion? (regarding working)

As I sit down here tonight checking up on the ads and posts, I cannot get over the fact that I hurt this bad for my age. I am a 24 year old that works as a service tech at an implement, and I tell you...I didnt even work hard today and my legs, knees and ankles just hurt. I like my job a bunch, and farming and farm equipment is my passion, but gosh, I shouldnt hurt this bad for my age...whats a guy suppose to do...especially at my age????
