I got a few drops on my hand 8 years ago (at 32), the skin fell off in sheets. I was in the hospital for weeks. They said it had the same effects inside as out. Rule that out, and look at clothes, shoes, esp shoes, and diet. Fast food, processed meats, etc all have lots of nasty stuff in them that can contribute to joint pain.
