I know how you feel. In my late 20s, I started feeling the way you do but, I didn't use my head and try to find what the problems were. For many years I've been a farm & heavy equip. mechanic while being a part time salesperson(almost full time) and I farmed. I'm now 54 and still a heavy equip mechanic. My knees, hips, right shoulder and back are shot. I'm in constant pain. Do yourself a favor and listen to everyone who has responded and take their advice. You're young enough that you can stop more damage to yourself. What I did was not worth what it cost me. Nothing is worth your health. Take care and prevent more problems.
