Take it from some one whos disabled due to a bad back, knees and shoulder it makes a differance on how you do things and what you wear. Shoes with a good chusion sole are a most. Lift things the right way, use your knees NEVER your back. Stay off cement as much as you can, which I know is next to impossiable. Hot baths also help relax things and even a couple beers after you get home at night.
