I looked at the title first, and I was going to say I"m against working, except that the wife and creditors are a whole lot happier when there"s money coming in. You"ve got good advice from this bunch of yahoos here - find a doctor who is interested in improving your overall life rather than selling the latest pills on the market, get a physical, ditch the diet sodas, and get some better shoes. I"d add this: Make sure you get some strength (weight) training and cardiovascular exercise at least three times a week for at least 45 minutes a session. It"s good for your disposition as well as your health. Have a chiropracter check your back and neck. Pinched nerves can do what you are describing.
