"...my legs, knees and ankles just hurt...." What are you standing on, and what are on your feet? I'd make a nickle bet that you're not wearing shoes and socks up to the job you're asking of them. There's a reason for brands like Redwing. And a dippy insert I happen to really like is happyfeet. They've taken me from staggering and moaning at the end of a long day walking on asphalt to just tired, and ready to go the next morning.
