Get a complete physical. Get some really good shoes; not a pair that cost $30 off the rack at a discount store. I'd bet the problem comes down to concrete floors and shoes. You might even want to have your doc refer to you an orthopedic doctor to see if your feet have some previously-undiagnosed problem. Work smart and don't abuse your body; it needs to work another 40+ years.
