If your 24 years old and that sore after not doing anything out of the ordinary, your either not living, eating ,or getting the right exercise, or should see your doctor for a phycical and blood screening. I injured my lower back at 21, I was in great shape but used a poor lifting position to load large xmas trees onto my trailer to haul to the stock yard ( i'm talking tens of thousands of trees up to 14') I deal pain from that injury any time I sleep funny, cut wood, or do ANYTHING out of my daily routine- almost 17 years later. It sucks, follow Olds advice on the lifting and such, but if you ache that bad from your daily routine at 24 something needs to be done, or changed
