Well I made several phone calls. One to the State Police Post Liutennant, he was helpful as the common cold. Then I called the State Police post Commander. Captain Ron Clarke, he seemed concerned and said he would get back to me, took my number and ticket number. And lastly Cheif Administrator for All Posts Brenda Dittrich, she was very concerned. So i will update when I hear something. But...if you get a chance look at their website it states the law or rules anyway. Go to www.michigan.gov/sos, then on the L.H. side click on (owning a vehicle), then when the next screen appears look in the middle for (renewing your plate) click on that. Then lastly look for the underlined words (late fee) and click on it and read it. But to Billy in Ny reply, on our tickets you can only plea guilty or not guilty. if guilty you pay if Not Guilty you have to appear in court. Meanwhile I got my new plate tabs on the truck.
