If you had simply renewed the tag the Friday before then you wouldnt be going through all this. You knew it was going to expire and yet you made no effort to take care of it before it expired? What made you think the ywould be open the 31st anyways? maybe you could have taken the time to call ahead and see? Not trying to be rude or harsh, but seems to me a litle palnning ahad would have been in order.now youre wasting your time and others for yuou laziness.
