You can say that again. I have one of those next door! He follows my friends out of the neighborhood at 5am (when they would come over to feed their horses) in the morning with the lights off just to make sure they stop at every stop sign even though he is many miles out of his jurisdiction. He even had his wife come over to have a talk with me about my dogs barking when his dogs bark all day long. Not to mention that in the 3 years they have lived next door I have seen them do nothing more then feed their dogs and put them back into their pen when they escape! The animal control guy that came out was really nice. He said that they only have jurisdiction over Dogs. He told me to get a bunch of roosters! Well, I have a lot of poultry now!
The best though was when my neighbor across the street was working in the yard and the cop dropped his motorcycle leaving for work (He's a Motorcycle Cop) he tried to pick it up on his own and couldn't. My neighbor saw that smiled and kept tending to his yard! He is the ONLY sour apple in our community everyone else is very friendly and always willing to help a neighbor!

PS. Since he sent his wife over to have a talk with me about the dogs he earned the nick name Chief Squaking Squaw in the neighborhood!
