Our county seat passed a law banning Ohio Excise Police from their city limits. Indiana liquor prices are lower than Ohio's, and the Ohio cops would sit and watch Indiana liquor stores and pull people over when they crossed over into Ohio.
Banning out of state cops has already passed a federal court challenge.
