Pulling stumps

Seems that a lot of folks are talking about pulling stumps and the dangers involved. Save yourselves a lot of grief and get a 4" tug strap, a pair of heavy clevis's and a short chain that will snatch hook around the stumps. The strap will stretch when you pull and save you from the sudden stop if you start off with too much slack, but the best part is that if anything breaks it won't whip back like a chain or cable. It will just flop on the ground. I've had mine for about 20 years and have done a lot of heavy pulling with it and it has always worked great. Just my .02
