No not me someone else. I work on a few boards and committies in the community. This person has an interview, around here negotiating salary is very rare. What is the best way to decline or tell the employer they cannot take a pay cut or the job is inadequet for pay. You see much to my disliking the company should post a wage if it is only paying $8 hour and non negotiable. A person that want $12 would not apply. Job intrviews/salary negotiation is not my specialty. Just wondering how you would handle it.
