In a perfect world there wouldn't be any need for a ROPS on an old tractor, but, obviously, we don't live in a perfect world. I just don't understand why some frequent posters on YTMag.com are so opposed to using a roll bar. I know the excuses; they're expensive, they get in the way, they're ugly, I don't need one because I'm experienced on a tractor, blah, blah, blah. But none of these excuses are worth your life. I don't want to read a story like this about one of you guys or, worse, one of your loved ones. Please get a ROPS & seatbelt for your tractor.

Memories of an IH Super A When I was ? up to 10, I worked on my Papaw's farm in Greeneville, TN every summer. As I grew older (7), it was the thrill of my day to ride or drive on the tractor.
