OT...Vietnam vets,need your help

HEllo all,I know I shouldnt post this but Im trying to fix a memorial to my Dad.He died in 99 and I have his flag that was on his coffin.I have built a display case for it and would like to put some of his old metals and badges in it and give it to my mom for her birthday,Problam is that all of this stuff was stolen whe nI was very young and niether mom nor I can recall everything he had.We do know he had a service meatl and rifle badge and that about all we can recall.I was told that my local Congress man could help,but when I went there he said in exact words,"I dont have time to fool with that right now,tell him to come back in a few weeks!"Needless to say I didnt vote for him!So anybody know of anywhere else I can contact to get these replaced,or if you were there,and know some of the thing s he may have gotten Icould find somewhere.let me know!I know he was in Cahm Rahn Bay between 65-68 in the #rd Army maintence Battalion,and he did see some action,but not much,he wasnt very decorated,by the Army anyways,but did his job just the same.Thanks!
