Case IH 885 overheating problen?

My Case IH 885 overheats during the summer when under aload.I have replaced the thermastat,water pump,radiator cap and had the radiator rodded out.The belts are tight and still has problems!So I sent the tractor to an independant repair shop where he replaced the head gasket and had the head checked for cracks. He said everything checked out fine no head problems and gasket wasnt blown.He says he cant find a reason for the overheating.Does anybody have any ideas what my problem might by? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh by the way the tractor has cab with A/C.
