My first question is "is it actually overheating?
What are the symptoms?
If cooling system and head etc have been checked out as OK, there is not much left.
Is the block full of solids from the coolant?
Or is the temperature guage just a bit optimistic?
give us a bit more information, like does it lose coolant, what sort of load is it under, what is the actual temperature when it shows the symptoms - ambient and coolant. Diagnosis from a distance needs all the information we can get in a CASE like this!
