I'm trying to buy a tractor that's posted here. The seller wants me to send full payment up front. I'm nervous about sending a $4,000 check with no recourse. He said he'd send a receipt by fax when he got the check but if it's not on the up and up that won't be any help. What have you all done for protection in deals like this? Thanks for any help you have. Bart
