I can remember when the Olympics where a big deal. Remember the old cold war days when there would be the big boards up with the USA and Russia medalist counts. The whole country would be buzzing about what was going on.
Now days it is not even hardly a by line. If there had not been a post about the Winter Olympics earlier I would not have even known they where going on. At least what events where going on.
I also think that the MONEY spent on all the facilities for the Olympics is a real waste.
Plus I would not want any of my children anywhere around the Olympics in Russia. It is just a terrorist attack waiting to happen.
