I went in to fix some hydralics problems on our forklifts when they were building the Olympic village in Montreal in the 70's. Didn't take much looking around to see all the waste going on there.
I'd rather see all that money being spent to rebuild the infrastucture in any country that you can think of (especially in the U.S.).
