The store was just trying to intimidate you. How can they charge you with trespassing when it's open to the public and you didn't do anything wrong? They might not have liked that took pictures but unless there's more to the story, how can they have you charged? Were you riding a horse in the store? I bet if you would have had a good lawyer on your side would be a different story. They don't want you in the store because you could alert other customers to their deceipt. Writing a letter to the editor of the local paper or even better, your local news might have a trouble shooter that looks into these things and the whole process is broadcast on TV. They have a trouble shooter here and 9 times out of 10, the guilty party clears it up so they they don't look like the crooks they are on TV. Dave
