If there is no legitimate reason to ban someone from a store, I think could be considered harassment and/or discrimination. They did an experiment with that on the show, What would you do? The trouble shooter here I think does a lot of research before airing a consumer complaint on TV. I've seen some pretty shady business practices and I think they are only aired when the business is totally unwilling to try to remedy a problem they created. Most seem to get a dose of reality when the camera's are rolling or they hear it's going to aired before thousands of people. Dave
