Looking for your advise and or thoughts on property manager service pratices.
My son and DIL have a property manager contract to rent their townhouse in Md while they are overseas.
A couple of people have put in applications to rent the townhouse. The property manager has run their credit and history and reported their findings on a standard form to my son.
The problem is my son asked to see the orginal applications and was told he was not allowed to see them for discrimination reasons.
