The property manager is working for him. He should be able to see everything since it's his property. The same as people on the board of a condo association get to see everything, he should be able to see them. The only time discrimination might come in would be if he didn't rent to a certain person(s) because of race, color etc. The same as would apply to job descrimination. If there are specific rules regarding it for renters they should show him a copy. Dave
