Concrete floor for pole barn

I live in Wisconsin (cold winters) have a 40 X 60 pole barn with a crushed limestone floor. I would like to replace the limestone with a concrete floor, but I am uncertain about how to go about doing it. A couple of questions: How is the concrete secured in the existing building? Is it just poured on the ground and remains a "floating pad", or must it be attached to the poles or have a footing? Do I need rerod or reinforcing mesh, or is the new fiberglass fiber adequate reinforcement? I do not have real large equipment, but I have a 5000 Ford with loader and fluid filled tires. I also will be storing hay in the building and will drive over the floor with a New Holland 1005 Bale Wagon which hold 56 bales. How thick is the minimum thickness? I would like to keep the expense down. Can a building this size be partially poured in one year and then the remainder poured at a later date? If so, how do I make sure that the seams will be level? Do I somehow have to tie in the two pieces of slab? Does anyone know of any good websites that might give me more information? Thanks
