I don't know if you can get a concrete truck under your door - we take a few sheets of tin off of the back wall and stick the chute through the holes. Saves a lot of shoveling. Lots of good ideas in the posts below, especially Al English. The rat wall is a good idea. I've got a hog barn without one and there's lots of places to trip. If not rats, then moles will cause you grief. It's a one time expense - spend a little more and do it right the first time. We've poured miles of 5" thick sidewalk for IDOT, but they have lots more money than us regular folks.
