OT:Sad to see a Generation end...

Sorry for the OT post, but just need some friends to talk to. Tomorrow is my Mother's funeral. Sad to see the end coming to that proud, hardworking generation that made the world a better place for all of us. Earlier this month, we buried my Mother-in-Law; a genuine WWII Marine that met and married her husband at Camp Pendleton. My own Mother was born and raised in a sod house, lived through the dirty 30's, wars and tornados; enduring hardships that would stop a lot of us in our tracks. I just have to wonder what our world would be like, without that generation paving the way for us. God Bless them all!
