They had permision to use the right of way untill they opened the city road back up, well that was 2 years ago. the wright of way issue is tide up with about 6 attorneys (on my side) they all said close the gate. so we did, we called the sherrif and they said to bad. the funny part is one owner unbolted the gate, were the another owner went next to the gate and tore a 50 foot hole in the fence. we have called the attorney generals office, the department of dot, and the news papper.
