When I move my handle to the rear, I have full power PTO, when I move it forward, it catches, snaps and continues forward to the end but the PTO still spins. A hefty drag like a post hole auger will stall it and the motor doesn't really react much, maybe like putting you automatic trans. in your car from park into drive but that is it. My PTO has a small mushroom type vent cap on the top, I don't see any adjustment openings I can access. thanks,
