Roger, it might need adjusting, but you were right. I pushed the handle forward, it felt like it should lock but I pushed it about 4 more inches and "Click". With a post hole auger in the air, it slowed to stop. I wonder if there's nothing on the PTO it may keep slowly turning but stop with your hand (not that I'm up for the exactly. I engaged it but pulling it back as far as I could, didn't really click. I have full strength PTO without the locking the arm back and I can stop it from spinning and that is great! I wonder if I adjust the link out a bit, if that wouldn't stop the slow creeping. There is about 1 to 1.5 inches of thread left to lengthen the linkage. Thank you for your help.
