tractor model recommendations needed

My husband and I just bought a small farm (20 arces) in mid-Maine. We need a tractor to do: brush hogging to clear overgrown fields, snow plowing the drive, tilling the garden, moving fallen trees, etc. This will at least for now be a "hobby" farm but may evolve into a organic produce business. The land has a pretty good slope in several areas that will have to be crossed to get to the lower fields. We are looking for recommendations on what model tractor would be good to buy. We want to spend less than $3k if possible. My husband is handy and not afraid to get his hands dirty. We are concidering an 8N for $2500 (with loader). Thanks for your input.
