I have lots of tractors but they aren't in question right now, lol.
I have a gal friend that always goes to Jiffy Lube. Never mind my rant on her judgement and her skills at saving money.
Suddenly she had a drip on her 2012 Chevy Cruize. They had stripped out the pan drain and installed an oversized plug which wasn't working. Of course, when she told them about it they told her the transmission was leaking and on its way out. I directed her right to the dealership since I don't need another vehicle to service.
The dealer charged her $800 to put a new pan on - I think $400 of it was labor but it was hard to tell since she was sitting in a corner rocking about it at that point.
Anyone know how bad she got fleeced? Not that she didn't deserve it or can do diddly about it.
