I often have the 2006 Corolla's oil changed at the Cedar Falls, Ia Walmart. One time when I came to pick up the car, three levels of management confronted me and said I could have my car as "there was a drain plug problem"? The Walmart insurance company promply paid the $500 bill for a new oil pan, towing, rental car. I suspect an employee goofed. I am continuing having the oil changed there as they treated right and I do not have to schedule ahead and they have a light touch on trying to sell me stuff. Leo
