I'm fairly new to tractors and was out plowing the other day. I finished a row, lifted the plow and went to turn and heard a loud squeal under my feet. I immediately hit the clutch and stopped. After this happened, I could no longer use the upper quadrant of my shift pattern. When I try, the engine bogs down as if the brakes are locked (they're not) and if I let the clutch out further, the tractor will jump as if I just popped the clutch. At this point I push the clutch back in. Another thing I noticed is that when I go back and forth between lower and upper neutral, I have to have the clutch in or it grinds when I try to get into the upper neutral. Thoughts/suggestions?
