So neighbor has a cow that has been laying on it's side for the last 3 days, I don't think it has moved. Normally I would just mind my own business, but it looks like all the grass next to it has been eaten and no water right next to the cow. Should I call someone about this? We went up to their house to let them know, they didn't seem to happy with us and didn't go and get the cow for another 5 hours or so with the skid steer latter that day. That's the main reason I don't just go up to their house but don't like to see anything suffer, would rather they just put it out of it's missory. What do you think?
