i would call the cops. my neighbor had one fall in a pond beacuse he would not bust the ice for them was out there for a week befor called. but he dose not like my family and dint want to make anyone mad like you. but about a month about my neighbor across the road had a cow stuck in the mud knowing he was at work i told his wife and i pulled it out. did not hear a thanks. but the worst part is out of all of his 40 cows you can count all of the ribs and the have no grass and he dose not have much hay..... i just hope he gets hay but he has never taken good care of them. just sad i think.
