I pulled the meter. Cleaned out the wasp nest and sealed some holes up. Changed out the 100 amp breaker with a new one. Bar it snaps over and old breaker were arced up. Cleaned up bar.
So now I wonder if this was from a bad connection at bar inside the breaker? Or can something else lead to this?
