Farmall A is a quitter

Took apart Zenith carb after cleaning a varnished fuel tank on my daughter's recently acquired tractor. Cleaned (but didn't replace) all jets and left float level at existing setting as it worked great previously. Needle and seat operated fine. Tractor starts immediately but quits after running 5-10 minutes. Fuel strainer bowl is full, carb fuel bowl drain flows freely. Did make her a new cork fuel-cap gasket, however, both vent tubes in cap are open and tractor also stops without fuel cap on, too. Has excellent fire and always starts right back up but starves out within seconds. Idles great when running.
