Pull the drain plug out of the bottom of the carb and let the gas flow for a good 5 plus minutes. Catch it of course. You should have a good steady flow of gas for 5 plus minutes. If you don't then you have a problem some place. If you don't have that flow check again at the fuel line going to the carb. If you have it at the line but not the drain then you know its in the carb that you have a problem
