HI,
So I dragged the old bolens out of the barn with my 9 year old son steering it - blew off all the cobwebs and rat poop and started working on it - flushed out fuel tank, replaced fuel line - removed carb to clean then put it all back together. Gave it a shot of starting fluid and she fired right up.....but, only until the starting fluid ran out - removed drain plug at bottom of carb...no fuel getting into carb. Removed carb and re-cleaned but, by blowing into fuel line inlet I can tell the float is not dropping down or something is stopping it or the fuel inlet when the carb is assembled. When I remove the bottom of the carb I can easily blow through the fuel line - something is jamming the float in the carb? Cant work that one out. Any suggestions?
Also, I am sure it will run by starting it with the pull start on the front pulley - however, can you see from the wiring I took a picture of what they did to bypass this? Can you tell me where the two wires go - also, it is possible to get a wiring harness for this tractor and, I bet the relay/solenoid is probably no good as it looks very rusted.
Here are pics:
Fresh out the barn!!

Can anyone tell where the two wires are supposed to go? I will probably re-wire the thing anyway. Also, where is the starter on this tractor? Cannot see it anywhere!!!
OK - this is NOT my barn - this is my father in laws so please excuse the mess - is this a sprayer for this tractor:
