I've been away for a few days and hadn't got to reply. I went down to the local Massey dealer and was told that the lift cylinder for a TO-20 is no longer available from Massey. So I guess aftermarket it is because it seems I have no other choice. I have had it running with the side covers off and the only place I have ever found a leak is from the lift cylinder and it was a steady stream. I have adjusted the draft control spring with my 2 bottom plow attached....I've tried moving the quadrant and I even replaced the relief valve even though the old was ok. I do not know of anything else it could be besides the leak from the lift cylinder.
