4-4.5 mpg..?? That is the mileage we used to get with the 1693TA turned way UP...!! (2450rpm) and smoked like a freight train..!! California didn't like it very much..!!
We got better mpg with an old 3408 coast-to-coast always full gross, with a freight box.,(CO KW) We ran 3406's also and they seemed to get better mileage if they were turned up..6 to 6.4 in a Conv. Pete.. Ron..
