well thats what im wondering, see the ppl i bought the tractor from had one on there but the top broke off and i couldn't get the arm off so i put another one on, and when i moved one of the touch control levers the left one that was originally on there would turn and the other one would not.. i think that its suppose to have two arms on the left for when u move one touch control lever the outside left and right would move, and when u move the other touch lever the left arm would move,but im not sure what the inner left is suppose to do
