What to buy?

I purchased 40 acres of Wisconsin hardwoods in sand country & I'm now clearing a building site. I need a used utility tractor in the price range of $6,000 but I know little of them, it would be used for moving logs, pulling stumps, some minor excavating, & snow removal. Can anyone recommend a make or model that would work for this price? Thank you for your comments.
