I'm considering leaving KY and moving to Missouri...just wondering where you folks that live out there think would be a good area for good gently rolling farmable land with some timber. I have lived in the hills all my life..would like to be where it isn't so steep...but I hate FLAT land. Got to be where decent schools are and good neighbors. Looking for 50-100 acres and a seller who isn't high on hallucinogenic drugs..ie., having visions of getting rich OR some property 30 miles from a paved road. Folks claim times are tough...but I sure can't tell it based on what people are currently asking for land. I guess if you're the seller, you have a different point of view than that of the buyer!
