I noticed that I have a small oil drips (leak) on 4 bolts that are located behind the oil plug. I have always heard if you tighten bolts on the oil pan that a leak will get worst. Is this true or should I tighten these bolts a tat bit?
Also I noticed there is a piece of metal hanging from a hole past this plate. Nothing is leaking there but the metal piece is a movable small loop like something used to hang there and above the oil plug is another tiny piece of metal that hangs from the body. Not sure what these were as I"m new to tractors , but they were there for some reason at one time. At first I was thinking oh hell some thing has poked a hole in the body but noticed it moves and nothing leaks from the small hole. Any ideas????
