MF Poor is right. The cotter pins are there for a reason, to keep the weep holes open to allow oil to get out of housing when leaks occur. Do not plug these! If it is only a few drops after you run it do not worry about it. I have a 135 and 165 and they both ocassionally leak a few drops at these weep holes, and have done so for many years. I run them for hours baling and cutting & raking hay and oil levels stay about the same. But, if it is a steady drip and you are noticibly losing oil at dip stick then I would fix, but some folks can't stand even a few little drops of oil or are restoring them to show room condition. Most likely oil pan gasket, since the 4 bolts on flat plate are clutch inspection cover and not oil pan. Check color of your hydraualic vs motor oil at dipsticks, as darker usually is motor oil and I'd bet that the leaks are motor oil. If you neeed more help go to the Massey Fersuson (MF) forum on this YT site, as there are many MF experts over there. Good Luck.
